Sea Cuisine Smoky Bourbon BBQ Shrimp Skewers feature four perfectly marinated tail-off shrimp skewers in a mild smoky flavored marinade with green & red bell pepper, pineapple & shallot. Made with tender, premium BAP-Certified shrimp and quality ingredients, each serving provides 12g of protein. Simply grill, air fry, or bake from frozen and enjoy as a main dish or appetizer in under 25 min.

Instructions

Cooking Instructions: From frozen. Grilled Shrimp: Preheat a gas grill to high. Then, reduce heat to low (temperature should be somewhere between 275 degrees to 325 degrees F). Carefully grease the cooking grates. Once the grill reaches the recommended temperature, add the frozen shrimp skewers, and close the lid. Cook shrimp for 5-6 minutes on each side or until no longer translucent. Cook to an internal temperature of 158 degrees F minimum. Broil: Place oven rack 6 inches from heating element. Preheat broiler on high. Place frozen skewers on a lightly greased sheet pan. Broil 4-5 minutes per side or until the shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 158 degrees F. Air Fry: Preheat air fryer to 350 degrees F. Air Fry 11-13 minutes or until shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 158 degrees F. This is a guideline, reference Air Fry instruction manual. Conventional Oven: Place rack in the middle of the oven. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place frozen skewers on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 22-24 minutes or until the shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 158 degrees F. Convection Oven: Place rack in the center of the oven. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place frozen skewers on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 22-24 minutes or until the shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 158 degrees F. For food safety and quality, please follow these cooking instructions. Chef’s Pairing Suggestion – Serve with a chilled pasta salad, over rice or with cooked vegetables. Keep frozen.
