Instructions
What you’ll need: 2 tbsp vinegar (apple cider); 2 tbsp + extra for forming oil (olive oil); water (1/3 cup + 2 tbsp extra). Pizza dough makes two 8 inch pizza crusts or one 10 inch x 10 inch square. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Whisk apple cider vinegar, oil, and 1/3 cup water together in a large bowl. Add mix stir well until a dough is formed. Dough should be soft and easy to form into crusts without crumbling. Add up to 2 tbsp. Additional water if dough crumbles and breaks easily. Use the extra oil to coat a sheet pan and your hands before shaping the dough. Roll dough into one or two equal-sized balls. Place ball on an oiled pan. Lightly oil hands (to prevent sticking). Shape dough into one 10 x 10-inch square or two 8-inch circles with raised edges. Bake crusts for 15 minutes without toppings or until crust is slightly golden on the surface. Remove from oven; add sauce and any desired toppings. Bake for an additional 15-20 minutes. Remove from oven, slice and enjoy! Tips for a crispier crust. Use a dark colored baking pan. Decrease your bake time by s minutes for each step. Mix it up! Try these inspired pizza toppings: tomato, mozzarella, basil & cracked black pepper pesto, sliced radishes, zucchini, snap peas, mixed greens.
