Instructions

You Will Need: Recommended preparation: 2 eggs, 1/4 cup milk, 1/2 cup butter, melted. Paleo preparation: 2 eggs, 1/4 cup nut-based milk or water, 1/2 cup ghee or oil. Instructions: Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and/or line an 8x8" pan with parchment paper. Whisk together eggs, milk/water, oil/butter/ghee, and mix in a large bowl until just combined, scraping sides of bowl as needed. Spread evenly into prepared pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until top springs back when touched. Do not eat raw batter.
