Instructions

You Will Need: 2 Large eggs. 2 Tablespoons water. 2/3 cups Vegetable oil. Baking Instructions: See Ingredient swaps. Step 1: Prep: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray bottom of pan with Pam. Step 2: Mix. Stir brownie mix, oil, egg and water together in a large bowl until well blended, about 50 strokes. Spread into greased pan and bake immediately. Step 3: Bake on rack in center of oven following chart below. Add 3-5 minutes for glass pan. Brownie is done when toothpick inserted 1-inch from the edge of pan comes out clean. Cool: Completely in pan on wire rack before cutting and serving. For Cake-Like Brownies: Use 3 eggs. Mix according to the directions in step 2 and bake according to chart below. High Altitude (Over 3,500 ft): Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Stir 2 tablespoons flour into brownie mix. Mix according to the directions in step 2. Bake at 350 degrees F. 13x9 inch pan 25 to 27 minutes. Pan Size: 8 x 8 inch; Bake Time: 36-40 min. Pan Size: 9 x 9 inch; Bake Time: 27-30 min. Pan Size: 9 x 13 inch; Bake Time: 20-23 min. Quick Top: Refrigerate brownies for 30 minutes before cutting for the neatest squares. Do not eat raw batter. Tip: Top with Frosting & Sprinkles after baking! For extra fudgy & moist brownies, bake in an 8 x 8 pan. Try these ingredient swaps! Replace 3 tablespoons water with: 3 tablespoons dairy or plant-based milk.
