Instructions
Pumpkin Bread Kit Bake Chart: Makes: 2-9 inch x 5 inch loaves; Bake time: 60 to 65 min. Makes: 3-8 in x 4 in loaves; Bake time: 55 to 60 min. Makes: 6 mini loaves; Bake Time: 50 to 55 min. Makes: 113 in x 9 in pan; Bake Time: 45 to 50 min. Makes: 1 (12-cup) bundt cake; Bake Time: 65 to 70 min. Makes: 24 large muffins; Bake Time: 24 to 30 min. Makes: 36 standard muffins; Bake Time: 21 to 24 min. Makes: 72 mini muffins; Bake Time: 15 to 16 min. Divide batter evenly into paper-lined or greased muffin cups or greased pans. You Will Add 4 Large Eggs: 1 cup water; 1/2 cup vegetable oil. 2 tablespoon milk or water. Instructions: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease pan(s) (see chart on side). 2. Combine eggs, water, oil and Libby's 100% pure pumpkin (the 15-oz. can of Libby's 100% pure pumpkin included in this kit is equivalent to 1-3/4 cups of pumpkin) in large bowl. Mix until well blended. Add bread mix. Stir just until moistened. Variation: Stir in 1 cup sweetened dried cranberries, chopped nuts, finely chopped apple or raisins, with Bread Mix. 3. Pour batter into prepared pan(s). Bake as directed or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. 4. Cool in pan(s) on wire rack 10 minutes. Remove to wire rack to cool completely. 5. In a separate bowl combine icing packet and 2 tablespoons milk or water. Stir for 20-30 seconds or until icing mix has dissolved. Drizzle icing over cooled bread(s). High Altitude Baking (3,500 to 6,000 ft.): Add an additional 1/4 cup water. Bake as directed. Store in tightly sealed container up to 4 days. Do not consume dough or raw batter. Not ready to eat. Keep in a cool dry place. Do not refrigerate or freeze. Best when used by date stamped on package.
