Glaze, Sweet Potato & Yam, Original
Instructions
You Will Need: 1/2 cup warm water. 1-2 tablespoons butter or margarine. 1-1/2 lb sweet potatoes, peeled, sliced lengthwise and cut into 1-1/2 inch pieces. Easy to Make: 1. In small bowl, make glaze by adding contents of pouch to 1/2 cup warm water. Stir until mixture thickens (1 minute). 2. Cook sweet potatoes in water until tender. Drain. 3. Pour glaze and butter into pan of cooked sweet potatoes and stir constantly over low heat for 1-2 minutes. Serve immediately. Serving Suggestion: Orange Glazed Beets: heat 2 (14.5 oz) can of sliced beets. Drain. Stir in prepared Concord Foods Yam Glaze and 2 tablespoons of butter. Cook over medium/low heat for 2 minutes, while stirring gently.
