Instructions
You Will Need: 1/2 cup warm water; 1 to 2 tablespoons butter or margarine; 1 lb of peeled, sliced carrots or small whole carrots. Easy to Make: Makes 5 servings. 1. In small bowl, make glaze by adding contents of pouch to 1/2 cup warm water. Stir until mixture thickens (1 minute). 2. Cook carrots in water until tender. Drain. 3. Pour glaze and butter into pan of cooked carrots and stir constantly over low heat for 1 to 2 minutes. Serve immediately. Serving Suggestion: Orange Glazed Beets: Heat 2 (14.5 oz) cans of sliced beets. Drain. Stir in prepared Concord Foods Carrot Glaze and 2 tablespoons of butter. Cook over medium/low heat for 2 minutes, while stirring gently.
