Junket Very Vanilla Ice Cream Mix
Instructions
Ice Cream Mix: What you need (yields 1 quart of ice cream): 1 package Junket Ice Cream Mix, 1-14 cups of whole milk, 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream Homemade Ice Cream: Combine contents of one (1) Junket ice cream mix package with 1-1/4 cups of whole milk and 3/4 cups of heavy cream in a bowl. Stir until dissolved. Pour mixture into your home ice cream maker and follow the directions for the machine. Homemade Ice Cream without Using an Ice Cream Maker: Combine contents of one (1) Junket ice cream mix package with 1-1/4 cups whole milk and 3/4 cup of heavy cream. Stir until dissolved. Pour mixture into 9 inches x 5 inches pan and freeze until firm. Break into chunks with fork. Put chunks into small bowl and beat with electric mixer until smooth (about 2 minutes). Return mixture to pan and freeze until firm. Reduced Fat Ice Cream: Substitute reduced fat milk for whole milk and cream.
