Description
A tasty blend of vibrant mustard, brown sugar, sweet pineapple juice and carefully selected spices, this flavorful glaze is ready to spread for a show stopping meal. Boar's Head® Brown Sugar & Spice Glaze is the perfect balance of sweet and savory.
Instructions
To Glaze Ham: Place ham in shallow roasting pan with 1/2 cup water. Coat ham with glaze and tent with aluminum foil. Heat at 325 degrees F, 15 minutes per pound. Fifteen minutes before it finishes, coat with additional glaze. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees F an additional 15 minutes. Best if kept cold.
