Sauce Mix, Hollandaise, Original
Instructions
You Will Need: 1 cup water. Makes 8 servings (To halve recipe, use 3 level tablespoons of mix to 1/2 cup water). Easy to Make: 1. In a small saucepan, mix contents of pouch with 1 cup water. 2. Cook over medium/low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil. 3. Remove from heat. Serve immediately. Serving Suggestion: Eggs Benedict: Halve, toast and butter 4 English muffins. Place 1 slice of lightly browned ham and 1 poached egg on each half. Top with prepared Concord Foods Hollandaise Sauce.
