Description

Instructions
Prep Time: 5 Minutes Cook Time: 15 Minutes Makes 6 servings. You Will Need 1 pkg. McCormick Seasoning Mix 2 Tbsp. oil 1-1/2 lbs. boneless beef sirloin, trimmed and cut into thin strips 1 cup water 1 cup sour cream Directions 1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add beef; cook and stir 2 minutes or until no longer pink. 2. Stir in Seasoning Mix and water. 3. Bring to boil. Cover. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. Stir in sour cream.
