Instructions
Cook thoroughly Cooking Instructions: Easy prep cook this side up: 1. Place unopened bag in microwave, this side up, evenly distribute potatoes, and microwave on high for 10 minutes*. 2. Let stand for 2 minutes. Using oven mitts, remove carefully, using both hands to grasp bag at top corners. 3. Cut top of bag along dotted line to open & pour potatoes into large bowl. 4. Mash lightly, add 2/3 cup milk and 2 tbsp butter, then mash to desired smoothness and season to taste. * Due to variations in microwave ovens, adjustment to cooking time may be required.
