Instructions
On Stove Directions: 1. Bring 3-1/2 cups of water and 2 tablespoons olive oil to a boil in a medium saucepan. 2. Stir in Mahatma rice mix. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Fluff lightly with fork and serve. Microwave Directions: 1. In a 3 quart microwave-safe dish, combine 3 cups hot water, 2 tablespoons olive oil and Mahatma rice mix. Cover and microwave on High for 5 minutes. 2. Reduce setting to 50% power and microwave for 17 minutes. Fluff lightly with fork and serve. If your microwave does not have variable power settings, follow manufacturer's directions.
