Organic Mushroom Risotto
Instructions
Cooking Instructions: Stovetop: In saucepan, saute rice in 1 Tbsp. olive oil over medium heat for 2 minutes. Add 2-1/2 cups water and contents of seasoning pouch. Stir well and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to simmer, cook uncovered for 20 minutes stirring occasionally until rice is tender and broth is absorbed. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese (optional, but very tasty). Serve hot.
