Remove from heat, leave covered. Let stand for 5 minutes. Stir well before serving. About 2-1/2 cups prepared. Microwave Directions: In a 2-quart microwaveable bowl, combine rice, special seasonings, 2-1/3 cups of water, and 2 tablespoons of butter or margarine. Cover; microwave at high 22-25 minutes or until rice is tender. Rice will be saucy. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Microwave ovens vary; adjust times as needed.
