Description
Long Grain Brown Rice
Instructions
What's Needed: 1 cup Lowes Foods long grain white rice. 2 cups water. 1/2 teaspoon salt. Cooking Instructions: 1. Bring 2 cups water to a boil in a saucepan. 2. Stir in rice and salt. 3. Return to a boil over medium-high heat. 4. Reduce heat to simmer. 5. Cover the saucepan, and cook rice for 45-50 minutes, or until all water water is absorbed. 6. Remove from heat and let stand, covered for 5 minutes. 7. Fluff with a fork and serve.
