Instructions
Directions: Pancake Mix: 2 Cups Mix. 1-1/4 Cups Water 1. Heat skillet over medium-low heat or electric griddle to 350 degrees F. 2. Whisk 2 cups of mix with 1-1/4 cups water until combined while being careful not to over whisk. 3. Allow batter to rest 3-4 minutes. 4. Pour approximately 1/4 cup batter per pancake onto lightly greased skillet or griddle. 5. Cook 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown. Waffle Mix: 1. Preheat waffle iron. 2. Whisk 2 cups of mix with 1-1/4 cups water until combined while being careful not to over whisk (for fluffier waffles, add 1/4 cup oil). 3. Allow batter to rest 3-4 minutes. 4. Pour desired amount of batter onto lightly greased waffle iron. 5. Cook waffles until steaming stops or until golden brown. Yield: 2 cups makes approximately fifteen 4 inches pancakes or six 7 inches waffles.
