Cookie Mix, Gluten Free, Chocolate Chip

Instructions

Cookies: 1 egg. 3 tbsp water. 3/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, very soft 1 package Bob’s Red mill gluten free chocolate chip cookie mix. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Whisk together egg and water. Add butter and stir until well blended. Add cookie mix and stir until fully incorporated. Scoop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls and place 2 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10-13 minutes, until golden brown. Cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then move to a wire rack to cool completely. Store in a cool, dry place. Tear here to open.
