Instructions
To Measure Bisquick Mix: Spoon into dry-ingredient measuring cup; level with knife. Do not sift. Classic Recipes: Classic Pancakes or Waffles: 2 cups Original Bisquick baking mix; 1 cup milk; 2 tablespoon vegetable oil; 2 eggs. 1. Stir ingredients until blended. Pancake Steps: Makes 14 pancakes. 2. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cupfuls onto hot greased griddle. 3.Cook until edges are dry; about 1 minute 30 seconds. Turn; cook 1 minute 30 seconds or until golden. Waffle Steps: makes 8 (4-inch) waffles. 2. Pour onto center of hot greased waffle maker; close lid. 3. Bake about 5 min or until steaming stops. Carefully remove waffle. For thinner pancakes, increase milk to 1 1/3 cups. High altitude (3500-6500 ft): No change.
