Instructions
2 Ways to Prepare: Soaking Method (Slower): Soak noodlesin hot top water for 25 minutes to 1 hour. Drain well, then stir-fry/saute together with favorite ingredients. Boiling Method (faster): Add noodles to 4 quarts of boiling water, and cook 4 to 6 minutes stirring occasionally until tender yet firm (al dente). Drain well. Add your favorite pasta sauce, or stir-fry/saute.
