Instructions

Cook thoroughly. For best results. Conventional Oven: Cook from frozen 70 min. or Thawed for 48 hours at 40 degrees F* 40 min. * Thaw product under refrigeration (40 degrees F) for no more than 48 hours. Cook From Frozen: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Bend lid in half on the long side. Place tented lid on top of enchiladas. 3. Place tray onto baking sheet on center rack. Cook for 65 mins with lid on. 4. Remove lid from tray and cook for 5 mins. 5. Remove from oven and let stand 5 mins. Thawed for 48 Hours at 40 degrees F*: 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Bend lid in half on the long side. Place tented lid on top of enchiladas. 3. Place tray onto baking sheet on center rack. Cook for 35 mins with lid on. 4 Remove lid from tray and cook for 5 mins. 5. Remove from oven and let stand 5 mins. * Thaw product under refrigeration (40 degrees F) for no more than 48 hours. Will be hot!For food safety & quality, follow these cooking instructions.
