Instructions
Grilling: 1. Heat grill to medium-high heat. 2. Lightly oil 1 lb of meat (skirt steak, pork chop or chicken breast) and top with 1 packet of seasoning. 3. Grill until cooked to desired temperature, and rest for 5 minutes. 4. Serve with your choice of sides or serve with warm tortillas and toppings. Quick Tacos: 1. Heat a skillet on medium-high heat and add 1 lb of ground meat. 2. Once meat is lightly browned, add 1 packet of seasoning and 2 tbsp of water and stir. 3. Continue cooking for 2-3 minutes then remove from heat. 4. Serve with warm tortillas and toppings of your choice.
