Instructions
Cooking Instructions: 4 cups water; 1/2 tsp salt (optional); 1 cup orzo. Bring water to a boil. Add salt, if desired. Stir in orzo. Return to a boil. Cook uncovered 8-10 minutes. Drain and serve. Yields approximately 3 cups.
