A product by Old Wisconsin - Better flavor, naturally. Raised without added hormones (federal regulations prohibit the use of hormones in poultry). No nitrates (except those naturally occurring in celery powder and sea salt). No nitrites (except those naturally occurring in celery powder and sea salt). No MSG. We use only the finest ingredients and spices in our Natural (minimally processed) Cuts, and our meat goes straight from nature to real smokehouse and pithouses for an authentic hardwood-smoked flavor. It's important to use that our meat is all-natural (minimally processed). No nitrates (except those naturally occurring in celery powder and sea salt) or nitrites (except those naturally occurring in celery powder and sea salt) no artificial ingredients and no preservatives. No binders, fillers or extenders raised without hormones (federal regulations prohibit the use or hormones in poultry).
