Each serving offers 10 grams of high-quality protein, essential for muscle repair. Perfect for a hearty breakfast skillet with eggs and vegetables, breakfast burritos or alongside pancakes. Turkey sausage patties are also great in frittatas and quiches for a delicious boost. Instructions

Microwave: Microwave** 1. Remove patties from plastic pouch. 2. Place on microwavable plate and cover with a paper towel. 3. Heat in the center of the microwave. If refrigerated, cook patties on high (100% power) for 35–45 seconds. If frozen, cook patties on medium (50% power) for 1–1-1/2 minutes. Product will be hot! Uncover and remove with caution! Let cool one minute before eating. **Due to differences in appliances, heating times may vary. Microwave instructions are based on a 1,000 watt microwave. Pan Fry: Skillet 1. Remove patties from plastic pouch. 2. Place patties in a non-stick skillet (do not preheat skillet). 3. Heat skillet to med-high and cover. Heat thoroughly, 6–10 minutes, turning patties halfway through heating. Product will be hot! Uncover and remove with caution! Let cool one minute before eating. Keep refrigerated. Previously handled frozen for your protection.
