Instructions
Instructions: Stovetop: 1. Cut 1.5 lb stew beef or chuck roast into 1-inch cubes and coat with 2 tbsp flour. 2. Add beef, Kinder's seasoning, 1 tbsp tomato paste, 1.5 cups beef stock (or water), 4 cups chopped vegetables (potatoes, carrots) to a stock pot. 3. Heat until simmering, then reduce heat to low and cover. Add water as needed to thin out sauce. 4. Simmer 90 minutes or until meat is tender. Great for instant pot or slow cookers.
