Instructions
Deep frying or pan frying: 1. Preheat oil in deep fryer to 350 degrees F - or - 1/8 inch oil in skillet to medium-high. 2. Moisten seafood or fish with water. Shake off excess moisture. 3. Coat food with breader by shaking together in plastic bag or rolling in breader on a plate. 4. Deep fry in oil for 2-3 minutes or until cooked through; pan fry for 4-6 minutes per side or until cooked through. 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Moisten seafood with water. Shake off excess. 3. Coat with breader mix by shaking together in plastic bag or rolling in breader mix on a plate. 4. Spray breaded fish lightly with oil. 5. Oven-fry fish in lightly greased baking pan for 5 minutes per side until fish flakes easily.
