Instructions
Directions: Deep frying or pan frying conventional oven. 1. Preheat oil in deep fryer to 350 degrees F - OR - 1/4 inch oil in skillet to medium-high. 2. Moisten chicken with water. Shake off excess. 3. Coat with Frying Mix by shaking together in plastic bag or rolling in Frying Mix on plate. (1/2 cup Frying Mix per pound of food). 4. Deep fry 15-20 minutes or until cooked through. - OR - Pan fry 20-25 minutes or until cooked through. 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Moisten chicken with water. Shake off excess. 3. Coat with Frying Mix by shaking together in plastic bag or rolling in breaded mix on plate. 4. Spray breaded chicken lightly with 5. Bake 35-40 minutes or until internal temperature is 165 degrees F.
