House Autry Seasoned Fish Fry Crunchy Recipe
Instructions
Deep frying: 1. Preheat oil to 350 degree F. 2. Moisten seafood or fish with water or milk. Shake off excess moisture. 3. Coat food with fish fry (1/2 cup per pound of food) by shaking together in plastic bag or rolling food in a breader. 4. Deep fry seafood and thin fish fillets 1-2 minutes; thick fillets 5-7 minutes or until cooked thoroughly. Tip: 12 ounce coats approximately 4-5 pounds of seafood.
