Instructions

Deep Frying or Pan Frying: 1. Preheat oil in deep fryer to 350 degrees F - or - 1/8 inch oil in skillet to medium-high. 2. Moisten seafood or fish with water. Shake off excess moisture. 3. Coat food with seasoned frying mix by shaking together in plastic bag or rolling in seasoned frying mix on a plate. 4. Deep fry 2-3 minutes or until cooked through. Pan fry 4-6 minutes per side or cooked through. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Moisten seafood with water. Shake off excess. 3. Coat with seasoned frying mix by shaking together in plastic bag or rolling in breader mix on a plate. 4. Spray breaded fish lightly with oil. 5. Oven-fry fish in lightly greased baking pan for 5 minutes per side or until cooked through. Yield: 2 pounds of breading mix coats approximately 25 pounds of fish or seafood.
