Favorite Strawberry Cake: You Will Need: 1 cup milk; 4 large eggs; 1/2 cup melted butter. Do not eat raw batter. 1. Prep: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray bottom and sides of pan(s) with Pam Baking Spray. 2. Mix: Whisk cake mix, milk, eggs and melted butter together in a large bowl until well blended, about 1 minute. Pour into pan(s). 3. Bake: Bake on rack in center of oven according to chart below. Cake is done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool cake(s) in pan on wire rack 15 minutes. Remove cake(s) from pan and cool completely before frosting. Pan Size: Two 8-Inch: 24 to 28 min bake time. Pan Size: Two 9-Inch: 20 to 24 min bake time. Pan Size: 13x9 Inch: 24 to 28 min bake time. Pan Size: 24 Cupcakes: 16 to 18 min bake time.
