Instructions
How easy it is to make! Makes approximately 4 cups cooked grits (8-1/2 cup servings). To make 1 cup cooked grits (2 portions cooked). Bring 1 cup water to boil and slowly whisk in a full 1/3 cup of dry grits mix. Bring back to boil then reduce to a low simmer, cover and let cook for about 12 minutes or until desired doneness, stirring occasionally, remove from heat and let sit covered for 3 minutes.
