Pancake & Waffle Mix, Homestyle
Instructions
Pancakes: 1 cup bob's red mill homestyle pancake & waffle mix. 2/3 cup cold water. Heat a lightly greased griddle or pan over medium heat. In a bowl, stir pancake mix and water until just combined. Pour 1/4 cup portions of batter onto the hot griddle or pan. Cook until bubbly, then flip and cook until the center is set, about 1-2 minutes per side. Serve immediately. Makes 6 pancakes. Waffles: 1-1/4 cups bob's red mill homestyle pancake & waffle mix. 2/3 cup cold water. 2 tbsp oil. Preheat waffle iron to medium heat for at least 10 minutes. In a bowl, stir all ingredients until just combined. Follow waffle iron manufacturer's instructions for measuring and cooking waffles. Makes about 3 waffles. Store in a cool, dry place. Tear to open.
