Instructions
Pancakes: 1 cup Bob's Red Mill Homestyle Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix 1/2 cup water (for thinner pancakes, increase by 1 tbsp) whisk together mix and water until mostly smooth. Do not overmix. Some lumps should remain. Preheat skillet to medium heat, about 325 degrees F. Lightly oil hot griddle. Pour scant 1/4-cup portions of batter and cook until bubbles begin to form on the top, about 2 minutes. Flip and cook another 1-2 minutes, until done. Serve hot. Makes 8-10 medium pancakes. Waffles: 1 cup Bob's Red Mill Homestyle Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix 2/3 cup water. 2 tbsp Oil. Preheat waffle iron according to manufacturer's instructions, or to medium heat for 10 minutes. Whisk together mix and water until mostly smooth. Do not overmix. Some lumps should remain. Follow waffle iron manufacturer's instructions for measuring and cooking waffles. Makes 3-4 medium waffles. Just add water! Store in a cool, dry place. Tear to open.
