Instructions
Conventional Oven: Preferred method. Do not prepared in toaster oven. 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Peel back corner of film to vent. 3. Cook meal on baking sheet in center of oven 50 to 55 minutes. 4. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Carefully remove film. Let stand 5 minutes; enjoy! Microwave Oven: For best results cook in conventional oven. Cook only one at a time. 1. Cook on high (100% power) 8 minutes. 2. Rotate chicken; replace film. 3. Cook on medium (50% power) 10 to 14 minutes. 4. Check that food is cooked thoroughly. Careful, it's hot! Carefully remove film. Let stand 2 minutes; enjoy! For Food Safety and Quality: Keep frozen.
