Chickpea pasta cooks just like traditional pasta and has a deliciously distinctive chickpea flavor and smooth al dente texture. Instructions

1. Boil 4-6 quarts of salted water. 2. Add pasta and boil for 6 minutes + 1 or 2 extra minutes for more tender pasta. 3. Drain well. 4. Pair with your favorite vegetables + olive oil or top with barilla sauce! Tip: Stir 1/2 cup pasta water into sauce for best results.
