Get the Best From Your Pasta, Cooking the Italian Way: 1. Bring 4-6 quarts of water to a boil. Add salt to taste. Add pasta to boiling water. 2. Boil uncovered for 7 minutes, gently stirring occasionally. Drain and set aside on a sheet pan which is lightly covered with cooking spray to prevent sticking. 3. Follow directions according to desired Manicotti recipe and bake. Prepare-Ahead Tips for Barilla Manicotti: 1. Manicotti may be prepared up to 48 hours in advance without baking it. Prepare and store the Manicotti in the refrigerator at or below 40 degrees F.
