Description
Originally an old time favorite from the South, kale has caught on in restaurants as a tantalizing, versatile vegetable that works with most meals. Sauté with some onions and garlic, and you have a great new dish to offer the family.
Instructions
Must be cooked thoroughly. Stove Top Directions: 1. Open package and pour frozen kale into a saucepan. 2. Cover with water. 3. Boil for 3 minutes. 4. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes. Additional water may be needed. 5. Drain and season to taste. Do not place this package in microwave. Food Safety: Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not refreeze. Heat to 165 degrees F before use. Refrigerate leftovers.
