Description
Butter peas are pea shaped, but have the smooth, buttery taste of butter beans. Use your imagination and prepare them different ways. Tempt the family with this velvety side and expect a clean serving bowl at meal’s end.
Instructions
Must be cooked thoroughly. Stop Top Directions: 1. Open package and pour frozen peas into a saucepan. 2. Cover with water. 3. Boil for 3 minutes. 4. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30-35 minutes. Additional water may be needed. 5. Drain and season to taste. Do not place this package in microwave. For Food Safety: Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not refreeze. Heat to 165 degrees F before use. Refrigerate leftovers.
