Description
There are few dishes that bring to mind the South like crowder peas. Use them to make recipes extra special, or just heat and enjoy the full flavored goodness on its own.
Instructions
Must be cooked thoroughly. Stove Top Directions: 1. Open package and pour frozen peas into a saucepan. 2. Cover with water. 3. Boil for 3 minutes. 4. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 30-35 minutes. Additional water may be needed. 5. Drain and season to taste. For Food Safety: Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not refreeze. Heat to 165 degrees F before use. Refrigerate leftovers. Do not place this package in microwave.
