Instructions

Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen or thaw in refrigerator overnight (Thawing reduces baking time by half). Do not prepare in toaster oven, portable electric oven or broiler (Manicotti may be thawed in refrigerator or microwave on 30% power to reduce cooking time). Conventional Oven Preparation (Recommended): Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Remove manicotti from bag. Add your favorite sauce to bottom of baking dish, place manicotti in dish and cover with more sauce. Cover dish with aluminum foil and bake for approximately 40 minutes or until sauce bubbles and manicotti puff up. Cook to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F. Remove from oven with pot holders and serve. Microwave Oven Preparation: Cooking time will vary based on your oven's wattage. Remove manicotti from bag. Place sauce in microwavable dish and place manicotti in dish. Thaw in microwave on 30% to 50% power until product is soft. Add sauce to cover manicotti and continue cooking on full power or reduced power until sauce bubbles and manicotti are puffed up. Cook to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F. Remove dish from microwave with pot holders and serve. Serving Suggestion: These are best served with a marinara, meat or Alfredo sauce. They must be covered in sauce to prevent the pasta from undercooking and becoming hard. Keep frozen.
