Instructions
Beef Stir FryPrep Time: 15 minutesCook Time: 10 minutesMakes 4 servings.You Will Need1 pkg. McCormick One Seasoning Mix1 cup water1 Tbsp. soy sauce2 Tbsp. vegetable oil, divided1 lb. boneless sirloin steak, cut into thin strips4 cups assorted cut-up fresh vegetablesDirections1. Mix water, soy sauce and Seasoning Mix in medium bowl. Set aside.2. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add beef; stir fry 3 minutes or until desired doneness. Remove from skillet. Heat remaining oil in skillet. Add vegetables; stir fry 4 minutes or until tender-crisp.3. Stir sauce mixture. Add to skillet. Stirring constantly, bring to boil on medium heat. Return beef to skillet. Cook 1 minute or until sauce is slightly thickened.
