Description

McCormick 30% Less Sodium Au Jus Gravy Mix is the secret to moist, juicy servings of beef and pork roast, and flavorful hot meat sandwiches. Made with McCormick spices, garlic, and celery seed, and no MGS added*, it contains 30% less sodium than our original Au Jus Gravy Mix! To prepare rich au jus gravy in 5 minutes, simply combine mix with 3 cups water and bring to a boil. For a thicker gravy, add 3 tablespoons flour to the mix before adding water. Delicious as is, you can also customize the gravy with herbs such as thyme, sage, or rosemary. Serve au jus with holiday mains like prime rib and pork tenderloin or use as a flavoring base to create French Onion soup.
