Instructions
Directions: Raw Shrimp: Defrosting Instructions: To defrost shrimp, place desired quantity in colander and rinse under cold water for 5 to 7 minutes. Do not refreeze once thawed. Boiling Instructions: Add shrimp to boiling water containing a dash of salt. When water comes to a second boil. Cook approximately 2 1/2 minutes. Rinse under cold water, drain and store in refrigerator until ready to serve. Approximate Cooking Times: Boiling: 2-3 minutes. Frying: Until shrimp are golden. Grilling: 4-5 minutes. Broiling: 3-4 minutes. Keep frozen.
