Instructions

Air Frying Directions: 1. Moisten chicken thoroughly with egg wash or cold water. 2. Firmly press chicken into the Seasoned Coating Mix until completely coated. 3. Shake off excess coating and place chicken in air fryer basket in a single layer. Lightly spray with cooking spray. 4. Air fry chicken at 400 degrees F for 10-15 minutes* (375 degrees F for 15-20 minutes* for bone-in chicken). Flip chicken halfway through cooking time and lightly spray with cooking spray. Chicken should be golden brown and have an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Enjoy! Coats up to 4 lbs. of chicken. * Note: Cooking times are based on a 1500 Watt Air Fryer. Please consult your manual for precise cooking times for your specific make and model. Oven Bake: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (375 degrees F for bone-in). Place a baking rack on top of a metal baking sheet. Lightly spray with cooking spray. Moisten chicken with egg wash or ice cold water. Firmly press chicken into mix and shake off excess. Bake chicken in pan with raised rack for 20-30 minutes (30-40 minutes for bone in) until golden brown and internal temperature is 165 degrees F. Flip halfway through cook time. Enjoy!
