Made with ingredients like breadcrumbs, garlic, salt, and parmesan cheese, this seasoned coating mix transforms dinnertime with quick, savory flavor and a delicious crunch.From chicken tenders and nuggets, to burgers, potatoes, and onion rings, there are so many ways to enjoy the savory crunch and flavor of this convenient seasoned coating mix. Use it anywhere you’d already think to use breadcrumbs – like meatballs and meatloaf – or as a crunchy topping for macaroni and cheese and baked pasta dishes. Great on meat, this seasoned coating mix is for veggie lovers too - add Lawry’s signature flavor to broccoli bites or green bean fries.
Instructions
Mix-in Usages: Use this Coating Mix to replace breadcrumbs when preparing meatballs, meatloaf, or burgers. Crunchy Topping: Sprinkle Coating Mix on top of baked pasta or cheesy potato and vegetable casseroles. You'll Need: 1/2 cup Coating Mix. 4 to 5 boneless chicken breasts. 1-inch thick (about 2 lbs.) Moisten chicken with water. Shake off excess. Coat chicken on all sides with coating mix (discard any remaining coating). Place chicken on foil-lined sheet pan. Bake as directed below until chicken is cooked through. (No need to flip chicken.) Cook Time Chart: 2 lbs. Boneless Chicken Breasts. Oven: Set Temperature to 425 degrees F. 15-20 minutes. Air Fry: Set Temperature to 350 degrees F. 15-20 minutes. 1-1/2 lbs. Chicken Breast Tenderloins. Oven: Set Temperature to 425 degrees F. 12-14 minutes. Air Fry: Set Temperature to 350 degrees F. 10 minutes. 2 lbs. Boneless Pork Chops (3/4-inch thick). Oven: Set Temperature to 425 degrees F. 20 minutes. Air Fry: Set Temperature to 350 degrees F. 15 minutes. Note: Cook times may need to be adjusted. Internal temperature must reach 165 degrees F for chicken or 145 degrees F for pork. Air Fryer Directions: Coat chicken or pork as directed. Place in single layer in air fryer basket, working in batches if needed to avoid overloading basket. Air fry as directed above. Test Kitchen Tips & Tricks: Try brushing chicken with mayonnaise or dip in egg wash before coating. Use as a coating for veggies to make onion rings, broccoli bites, or or zucchini chips.
