Description
Coffee, Organic, Medium Roast, Dr Mojo Blend
Instructions
Things That Matter for Coffee: Freshly roasted beans. Grinding your beans right before you brew. Store your beans airtight and out of the light. Coffee is mostly water. Filtered water makes better coffee. Cleanliness = yumminess. The oils in coffee build up on surfaces and it's invisible. Don’t just quick rinse - really scrub your equipment. Go for the artistry! Start with 2 tablespoons for an 8 oz cup, but feel free to experiment. (Sometimes different coffees taste a bit better with slightly different quantities and grinds). Fancy gear not necessary. A simple presspot makes amazing coffee. So can pour overs (even without a fancy Japanese teapot). A handcranked burr grinder is awesome and pretty cheap.
