We've used certified Idaho potatoes to make these delicious, skin-on, super crispy waffle French fries. Instructions

Convection: Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat to 425 degrees F. 2. Spread desired quantity of frozen potatoes evenly across an 11 in x 17 in baking sheet lined with aluminum foil or parchment paper. 3. Bake according to the chart below; turning potatoes over halfway through the baking time. Fry: Air Fryer: 1. Preheat air fryer to 360 degrees F. 2. Fill air fryer basket with half bag of frozen potatoes. 3. Cook for 12 - 13 minutes; slide out basket and shake halfway through cooking time. Cooking Directions: For food safety. Product must be cooked thoroughly before eating. Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Read and follow cooking instructions as product must reach a minimum of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) international temperature as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Full bag 22-26 minutes. Half bag 18-20 minutes. Keep frozen.
