Instructions
Marinating: Slice or cube meat, poultry or pork and marinade in a bowl or zip-lock overnight in the refrigerator. Put on skewers with sliced peppers, onions, and/or tomatoes. Pour on some more Iron Chef Sesame Garlic and BBQ or grill in an oven until meat is cooked through. Serve over rice or noodles. Stir-Frying: Blanche your choice of vegetables (peppers, onions, carrots, broccoli, etc.) in boiling water until crisp-tender 2-3 minutes). Heat vegetable oil in wok until lightly smoking. Add cubed meat or seafood to oil and stir until cooked through. Add Sesame Garlic and stir for 2 minutes. Add vegetables and cook until heated. Serve over rice or noodles. Shake before use. Refrigerate after opening.
