Instructions
Directions: Deep Frying or Pan Frying: 1. Preheat oil in deep fryer to 350 degrees F - or 1/8 inch oil in skillet to medium-high. 2. Moisten pork chops with water. Shake off excess. 3. Coat pork chops with frying mix by shaking together in plastic bag or rolling in mix on a plate. 4. Deep fry in oil for 8-10 minutes - or - pan fry for 5-8 minutes per side. -
